Job Description

The undergraduate assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing and creative services team. Duties include assisting in the tagging and organization of photography; researching marketing efforts of peer institutions; assisting in the coordination and scheduling of photo and video shoots; day-of event support including but not limited to Giving Day and Gratitude Day; assisting with routine office procedures such as campus errands, filing, shredding, mailing, organizing, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills in order to coordinate a large number of administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Understanding of routine office procedures.
Must project and possess a professional, reliable, dependable, and positive attitude.
Understanding of College Mission and brand.
Genuine passion for the College.

Preferred Qualifications

Academic background or experience in marketing, graphic design, or writing preferred but not required.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud preferred but not necessary.

Physical Demands

Light lifting.
Prolonged sitting or standing.
